In which Mike tries to figure out a solution to a problem and ends up making it much, much worse.
All because I didn’t follow best practices.
Because I’m a dolt.
A fast learning dolt, but a dolt nonetheless.

This is an early one, normally we don’t get a driving situation video until about halfway, maybe three-quarters-way through the month. This month is different, obviously.
The video is presented without comment. You know, other than to say “OH SHIT.”

p.s. Great job on the auto-generated thumbnails YouTube. PERFECT.
Brought to you by the “I hate Mondays” department of Tales Of A Tech.
We would like to remind you that if there is a problem and you can’t seem to figure it out there’s always one solution to look to: It’s ALWAYS DNS.
So, I recently acquired a Parrot Bebop 2 (the FPV variant!) and I finally got to fly it for an extended period.
Let me tell you: this thing is GREAT. It is responsive, fast, has a huge range, and has VR First-Person View.
I can’t record the First-Person View, but here’s the footage from flying around Sabella Park on Saturday.
There’s a bunch of different tests.
I’m really impressed with the auto-track features, the GPS flight features, auto-stabilization, and constant camera view.
The controller has an integrated 2.4Ghz wireless antenna, which makes the max flight distance a little over a mile.
If you ever want to try flying it, let me know!

Hey, but this time it isn’t a rant!
That’s because I’ve gotten somewhere!
Where we left off last time, I was having problems with the damn thing failing after the last SysPrep phase, after customizing the image.
We learned something and we have a solution and a working dealie!
Without further delay, here’s what I did.
I’ve been playing a lot of this game recently (I mean, well, a lot, considering I only got the game on 3/12) and I was also involved in 2 of the betas (one closed; one open). I must say, they got a lot right here, but there’s still room for improvement.
So I’m going to talk about it, and you’re going to get a review. Maybe we’ll start a discussion.
Here’s my thoughts on Ghost Recon: Wildlands.
Oh, boy howdy, I don’t know how to start this one, honestly.
I mean, I do, I just don’t want to.
But I’m going to.
Because he was right.
You were right Nick: Windows 10 Image Building and Deployment SUCKS. HARD.
So, there was no post for 3/5-3/11 because I was on vacation
Now I’m back in NJ, so here’s pictures to make up for last week.
This morning on the way to work I encountered an idiot driver.
This idiot properly signaled their turn and initiated said turn properly.
That being said, they stopped their car as soon as they hit the drive way and just sort of stayed there.
Right in the middle of the road.
Yup.
Presented here, because I can.
Fun on a bun!

This is probably the absolute best slow-cooker chicken recipe I have ever had, and I’m reproducing it here for you all and for record keeping purposes. It was moist & tender, flavorful, and just all-around delicious.
